  • How do I get to the studio

    Our address is 228 R Cabot Street, Beverly, MA 01915. We are located behind Cabot St. off of Federal St, Look for the Lux Reality parking lot and we are the first door in the lot.

  • Do you have onsite parking?

    Fennel House has three on-site parking spots located in our parking lot. All other guests must park directly next to the studio in Beverly’s Public lot.

  • What is the space's capacity?

    Our space capacity is very dependent on the type of event. If you are looking to host your bridal or baby shower at the studio we hold up to 50 guests. Our markets and standing events hold around 80 etc.

  • I am interested in renting the studio, may I come for a walk through?

    With our very small team at Fennel House, we do our best to accommodate walk-throughs. We are sometimes unable to due to scheduling conflicts. We often host Open Houses at the studio for potential guests to take a look and chat with the owner, Brita about booking the studio.   • I want my event catered, what are my options?

    We offer in-house catering through our sister company, With Flour In Her Hair. You will work directly with Brita to create the perfect menu catered specifically to you. We do allow you to bring in homemade items. There is sometimes wiggle room on this topic so always reach out with any questions.

  • Do you have tables and chairs to rent?

    We have Three 6ft folding tables, a large farm table, and 17 chairs that you may choose to use at no extra cost with your rental. In addition, clients most often rent additional furniture as needed directly through local event rental companies. Please contact us for a referral list of local event rental companies.

  • Can we bring our own decor?

    Of Course! When you are here we want you to make the studio your own. We kindly ask you to inform us of your decorating plans before your event. We will go through wall hanging protocol etc.

    We do not allow smoke machines or confetti/glitter of any kind.

  • Can I drop off items the day before my event or pick them up a day later?

    As a general rule, all items must be brought in and removed during the rental window, unless you have rented the space for extra hours or days. We will add an overnight storage fee.

    Always feel free to ask. When the date of your event is coming up and if no one else has rented the space on the day before or after your event, early drop-off or late cleanup may be permitted.
