FENNEL HOUSE

I always day dreamed of a creative space that let my food and photography worlds collide. I would dip back and forth from the food world to the photography world, dreaming of the day I could spend my weeks photographing a story one day and baking the next. Though my days as a photographer continued I worked consistently as a pastry chef in the restaurant industry. And then, like many others, I lost my job during COVID. Through that time I was able to reevaluate my direction. I created a subscription program for the neighborhood, a weekly menu and delivery service (which is still going strong) and with the help of my partner we were able to create this dream space. As this dream quickly became a reality I knew it would never be what I wanted unless I could share it with the creative community, an inviting space inclusive to everyone. I grew up with our family saying “Be Good, Do Good” and born with the belief that the good things in life ought to be shared and I live my life by those philosophies. So, with that. Here we are. Fennel House Studio. Not only my creative space, but yours as well.
